   • does not book accommodation or attractions,

   • does not process payments for travel services

3. The user receives:

   • links to external platforms (e.g., airlines, Booking, Google Maps),

   • instructions and guidance regarding reservations,

   • a ready travel plan.

4. All reservations and payments are made independently by the user.

3. Liability and Pricing

1. The site owner is not responsible for:

   • changes in the prices of airline tickets, accommodation, and attractions,

   • availability of offers at the time of purchase,

   • the actions of external platforms.

2. The user acknowledges that:

   • prices (especially for flights) are dynamic and may change,

   • the offer presented in the plan may change before its final purchase.

3. The owner does not have access to charter offers or closed booking systems.

4. Order Process

1. The service is ordered by:

   • a contact form or

   • email contact

2. After submitting an inquiry:

   • the user receives an offer tailored to their budget and expectations,

   • it is possible to prepare 2–3 travel proposals.

3. After selecting one option:

   • a detailed travel plan is prepared.

5. Payments

1. Payment for the service is made after prior agreement on the details via email.

2. The fee must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the travel plan.

3. The payment should be made via bank transfer to the following account:

1. Please include your full name in the payment reference.

2. Failure to make payment will result in the service not being provided.

6. Personal Data (GDPR)

1. The data controller is the owner of the service.

2. User data is processed solely for the purpose of:

   • the provision of the service,

   • contacting the user,

   • preparing a travel offer.

3. Data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

4. The user has the right to:

   • access their data,

   • rectify it,

   • request its deletion.

5. The service does not require the provision of sensitive data (e.g. passport details).

7. Additional information

1. The user may submit additional travel requirements via the form or by email.

2. If no specific destination is provided:

   • it is possible to prepare offers based on the budget and number of days.

8. Final Provisions

1. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The terms and conditions may be subject to change.

3. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
